I have lived at arbor for 3 years and i can say the place has never looked better. Some of these reviews i dont understand. maybe they owe rent money!,But i can tell everyone we have brand new pools and whirlpools. And thats where its all at comfort.
My problems i had in my apartment have been fixed. The rifraf is being kicked out.
So to me the new managment company is awesome, Capital assets .

this is too convenient. The bad reviews and then suddenly there is 1 good one and they want you to believe that these people hate their apt because THEY owe rent. This is management if I have ever seen it. I will make sure everyone steers clear of these apt for sure now. Anytime a review is like this it lets me know that management is aware there are bad problems and are trying to get the reviews up. Just a little too much on it.

I agree with you both. The Manager needs to Quit writing this stuff. Spare me and the world the new pool story. They are the same ole pools

this review was obviously written by management. I don't even stay there but was thinking about it until i see a review written by the management. When management has to write reviews to boost their image, that lets you know its a bad apartment complex. Then whoever wrote the review didn't even try to write the review as a tenant, just lets me know the management is ignorant & has no COMMON SENSE. Thank you management, you WILL NOT get my business. What a joke!!!
