Obvious lies... the pools are not new. The 1 by the office was redone, the other... not so much. Besides, what good is it to have the pools when they are LOCKED ON MEMORIAL DAY! Maint on call person said it wasn't an emergency, they'd take care of it on Tuesday. Apt handbook says "pools will be open from Memorial Day until Labor Day"! A guy who lives here had to break all the locks so my kids could swim. The buildings are pretty but it doesn't matter when you're surrounded by GHETTO. This says it all in reference to the safety around here. The parking lot is not well lit, cars get broken into OFTEN, and the lighting from parking areas to apts is non-existent. With all the trees and shrubs for hiding spots around here, who knows exactly how much time until the next murder! (Not a joke) Yes, we have security gates, but that really doesn't matter. I said we're surrounded by GHETTO... the criminals only have to jump a fence or come thru walking behind a car when the gate opens! Oh, I'm uploading pics of our algae filled home for mosquitos that mgmnt tells prospective tenants is our 'lovely pond'...

You know what? A picture says a thousand words. Thank you for your time and trouble to protect us from a terrible mistake. I might not have believed it without your photographic proof.
