I have been living here for 8 months and the condition of the maintenance has become increasingly crappy. Many of the buildings have leaky roofs and we all received notification approximately 4 months ago to notify the office if our roof leaked. The solution is that the company contracted to replace the roofs has come numerous times and installed blue tarps over the leaky roofs but as of this review, not one roof has been fixed. Also, even though the buildings appear to be nice, in many places where the vinyl siding has blown off (and never been replaced), the wood underneath is rotting.

Although we loved the idea of this complex which has separte buildings looking like small homes with 4 apartments in each unit, the manager can be very rude and abrupt and issues that are reported are fixed on their time frame (if ever). I am looking forward to moving out of this complex.

Why don't you move now. I have been there 3 yrs and have no problems. Maintenance is right on time with me. Maybe it's your attitude. You have to give respect if you want it back. A lot of you people that live there think that the office owes you something. Hell, you can't find anything that nice looking cheaper anywhere else in OKC. You are probable one of those tenants who lets their dogs crap all over the place and don't pick up after them. Next time let your identity be known Mr. or Ms. Anonymous.

I think "1mocha" IS probably staff! Either that or you just need to get over yourself. Have you ever heard, that everyone is entitled to an opinion? Is it impossible to have issues with staff without being a dead beat that lets their animal crap everywhere? You are making ludicrous assumptions about someone, when there are PLENTY of bad reviews for this complex. And there ARE nicer apartments that are cheaper in OKC. Clearly you haven't looked. There are newly remodeled, much newer places that are indeed cheaper. All over the Paseo, on 63rd, Roxboro, N Penn, AND on Wilshire. Just to name a few! And like going by mocha is really giving your identity! I've lived there just as long, and agree with EVERYTHING this person is saying. Maybe you disagree.. that's great. But try having a little respect when you have NO ------- clue what this person has encountered during their stay at Arbor Lake.

Really? Maintenance "fixed" a door in my apartment with ELMERS GLUE. It fell off by the time i tried to use it again. I like the apartments, aside from them being old... but all apartment managers suck. It's nothing to be surprised about.

I guess all apartment complexes are the same. The apartment managers spend more time trying to get new tenants rather than trying to keep the tenants they already have. We have issues in our apartment that have existed since the day we moved in and that have happened since we move in. Some issues get addressed but some get left for months. The manager comes across as rude and abrupt and makes you reluctant to bring anything up that isn't an emergency repair.
