I moved in here from a large house in a rural community. This is my first apartment, and I have been nothing but pleased. I do occasionally experience loud music at night, and traffic at odd hours, but I have to keep in mind that this is NW OKC....

The office personnel are nothing but nice, the maintenance people are respectful, and furthermore, courteous. I have yet to see an Aspen Place employee who at least didn't wave a friendly hello, while most of them take the time to stop and ask how I am doing.

It is large enough to offer anonyminity, but small enough that the staff recognize you even when you are not late with the rent.

I am really a resident here, and you can really email me and ask me to verify my statements. I have been extremely pleased thus far with my new residence. My only complaint is the lack of W/D hook ups in the apartments, but for the price, Aspen Place is a very well-kept secret. And the balconies front and back of my 2 bedroom are well worth the hassle of walking 25 feet to a pay wash facility...

PS: It's vicinity to 3 major thourough-fares and Lake Hefner is only outshined by its closeness to excellent shopping-Northpark and Quail Springs malls, and its closeness to all the other need-to-do stores one needs in the pursuit of life...i.e. grocery shopping, bill paying, tanning, gyms, and most importantly GOLF COURSES!!

I have recommended this complex to as many people who will take the time to listen. Literally...

The only think you provided that is valid is the proximity of the shopping and golf courses.
