I have been without a/c for almost two weeks now and have called a couple times and was told it's not an emergency we will get to you soon. The sink and disher smell like sewer in the kitchen. Smoke and food cooked from the downstairs apt comes up in to the kitchen. Covered parking is a joke. Poles in the way of getting your car door open.
