You cant go wrong with the price, that's for sure! Compared to the state I moved from these apartments are a steal. I have had a few maintenance issues with the dishwasher, shower and a/c. They have always responded very quickly to my issues, getting it right the first time. There was only a wait if they needed to call a plumber in, and it was only 3 days at the most. My one bedroom is roomy, but with my husband now living with me, it's getting a little cramped. There is tons of closet and cabinet space though! I've never had a problem finding a parking spot, and when I do decide to park in the covered spot assigned to my apt, it's never been taken. These apartments are also very convenient to restaurants & shopping.

Now for the cons...The laundry facilities are TERRIBLE! They are not cleaned often enough. I don't understand how people can be this messy in a space they are in for such a short time! It's also impossible to find a facility (which is 3 washers & 3 dryers) where all the units are working. Either the dryers don't dry (I'm not overloading them), or the washers don't spin cycle. Just last week, someone pried all the coin slots out of the washers and dryers (and stole the money inside) in the facilities that were adequate, so now I have to go to a laundromat. The grounds are kept fairly clean. There is an open grass area behind some of the apartments where people take their dogs and don't clean up their messes. I took my little puppy there and it made him sick with worms and a stomach virus...disgusting! Some of the people that live there are getting a little shady too. I love my neighbors, but lately I have seen a US Marshall vehicle and two police cars parked in the entrance obviously waiting for someone. It's a little disconcerting. I've never really felt unsafe and the area around my apt has been very well lit at night. The cars that drive by blast their music, but that's the worst of the noise.
