When I first moved into these apartments a year ago, I thought they were pretty good for the area and at a good cost. However, after being here for a year my opinion has changed.

Lighting is poor through out the complex, the walkways are cracked, and there are several ruts in the yards caused by people driving their cars on the grass. The parking areas are dirty and very poorly maintained. The complex does not control or monitor the parking area, so it is always difficult to find a space, particularly on the north side of the complex.

The buildings are very old, with VERY old appliances. All repair issues I have encountered to this point have been hastily patched up and have required numerous requests. There are pigeons roosting in almost every building's rain gutter and there has been no noticeable effort to correct this problem. EVERY request has had to be made several times before anything is done.

Although these apartments claim to have a 40 pound pet limit, there are several over sized and aggressive animals living in the units. There are several pit bulls in this complex. I have encountered many outside without a leash. The management often sends out reminders to the tenants about the terms of the lease, but then they do not enforce the terms of the lease evenly.
