The unit I rented was not in the best shape. The carpet was extremely worn. The cabnets throughout the apart (bath and kitchen) were falling apart. The A/C unit made a terrible noises when it cycled on. The pool was almost never openned was told it was closed several times due to "Health Code violations" and this was over a 2 year period

When trying to get a problem resolved with the unit. No one seems to take responsibility. Management blames the staff or mainitaince. The staff blames management etc...

Security is a major issue my car was keyed and scuffed several times. The so called sercurity people threatened both me and my visitor.

Parking is a major headache... I was once double parked and had to drive over the grass to get out in the morning to go to work.

Don't sign a lease here look else where!!!

I am the new property manager at Aspen Walk. I can not say what has been done in the past, but I can say you will be happy to live here now. I have a great set of tenants here, and great maintenance. I invite anyone to come and take a look at what we have to offer.
