My husband and I have lived at Aspen Walk Apartments there are some good things about the the Aspen Walk, the management is very very nice and if you are having finicial problems she works with you as long as you go and talk to her, but my husband and I don't like the apartments because of the noise at 3:oo in the morning. The maintance people suck!!! We have several problems with our apartment, like the air conditioner doesn't work at all, our patio light doesn't work, the floor tacks are sticking out,the bath tub has a big crack in it and is leaking water under neath us, when it rains the parking lot gets FLOODED, it also takes the courtesy lady an hour and half to respond to a noise complaint. The other tennets children run around with no supervision and the kids slam doors,yell all day. The lay out is terrible because the front door blocks the kitchen when you open it, and when you move in the couch can't fit threw the door. The carpet is gross, worn out. When it's hot out side there is a horrible smell from the water treatment plant, which is four mile away. Like I said there is always something good and bad in everything.
