I've lived there for over a year now. I'm leaving and i'm glad now. The new manager isn't very nice. And the chick that thinks she can tell everyone what to do...can mind her own business. It's been said before and it's very true, the parking lot and some of the walkways flood really bad when it rains. I bought rain boots just for those days. The maintenance guy is a little creepy and comes in at weird times of the night(the issue wasn't even an emergency). Never had any problems with the neighbors everyone kept to themselves. If you get an apartment that is equiped for a washer and dryer..be prepared to do some moving. It is in the master bathroom. The door frame has to be taken off and if you placed any furniture on that wall it has to be moved. It was a really strange place for the washer and dryer to be put. For the price it was nice to me, but for some of the attitudes. It's not worth it.
