If you have financial problems they will help ya out. i know a gentleman now that go laid off and the manager is allowing him to do odd jobs around the property to lower his rent.My car needed repairing and i had to get it fixed but we couldn't afford rent and the car so we went and talked to them and they let us pay what we could and tacked the rest on to the next months rent with a fee of course but that's just standard.

The apt are not in terrible shape. there is a pool but it has some serious rules, closes early, no guests and such. but its strict because ppl had like 10 guests and were alloted 2 and there was some vandalizing done so the mngr just said no guests period.

The laundry room.. ugh. ppl kept breaking the thermestat box and turning it down to 50 so now there is no ac. it sucks. but it is open decently late and even later on weekends so that you don't have to do it in the heat of the day. And in January it'
s supposed to be remodled with new w/d and a new set up in general.
There are w/d hook ups in some upstairs apt and i thnk 3 of the downstairs apt.

Maintenance.. Ok if it's a big deal detrimental to the apt. such as a toilet flooding, or a big leak. they'll get to it quickly. If your A.C is out in the heat of the summer they're they're that day or the next to get it fixed. But the ac is still not that cold and has to run forever, the hot water doesn't really last that long but if you switch the shower head you should be fine. Maintenance could use some one that can speak english better and understand what you are trying to say to them.. it's very frustrating.

Parking. Be smart don't leave your purse or other valuables out in the open, it's like asking for someone to break in. The lot does flood on occasion. and the apts across the street are ghetto so i try to avoid going out alone at night.

Our basic thing has been if you are calm, and polite with mngmt they work with you. As some of my neighbors have found out if you go in there yelling and its the first time they've heard about the problem your issue is not gonna be a priority. who wants to hurry up and go deal with a jerk or someone with a temper'
So treat mgmt with respect and they try to do the same. At least that has been my experience. And when things aren't done in timely manner go back over. Say Hey i came in a couple days ago about "such n such" and it still hasn't been taken care of. Work orders get lost, ppl get busy and sidetracked Remember we're all humans here.
