When I first moved in about a year ago, it was a great place for the most part, even if the management were a little too laid back about repairs and such. My main complaint at the time is that they needed to replace the carpet but didn't. I looked past that since I had great neighbors and everything was nice and quiet.
Unfortunately, a new management company took over that changed many of the policies and let really poor people start moving in who brought drugs, fights, and other undesireable things into the apartments. I found out that they lowered the rent quite a bit to allow these people in. It's no longer a safe place to live, and the new management is less friendly and considers their customers to be a problem rather than residents.
If people yelling and fighting in the parking lot at 3:00am on Wednesday, parents throwing their kids at the walls below you that you can hear loudly, a management company that only wants your money with nothing in return, and shady neighbors are your thing, this place is perfect for you.

HA! Show me a single apartment complex in the world that doesn't have domestics, or abuse going on. You can't you fool. 911 or 231-2121, that is who you should be complaining to, not a message board that allows you to post like a little weanie.
