I am writing in response to the review of "Don't Live Here". I'd just like to say that we try to never treat our residents unprofessionally or in an unfair manner. However, when you are in a binding lease agreement, it is the staff's job to follow the lease agreement. When you have a problem I can guarantee you it is taken care of within 24 hours and usually within the same day. As far as treating someone as a worthless college kid, I have never done so. However, if you do have a problem with the management please act professionally and come take care of it personally instead of writing reviews anonymously on a website. The management is very active and would like to solve any problems necessary, but cannot do so without knowing who the resident is that is unhappy. If you would like to discuss your matter with me, feel free to come and visit with me in a professional manner and atmousphere.
