I have to say their staff is awesome!!! Everytime I call my problem is fixed literally within minutes of my call. If it can't be fixed, they just replace it! At my old apartment it would take days or even weeks to get the maintanance to even come take a look at my problems. I am very pleased with their dedication. I also have to say the person who takes such good care of the landscaping does a fantastic job. I never see trash or anything. It is truly as nice as the apartment finder made them out to be. By the way, the comment about being ghetto...if this area is so terrible why is it surrounded by some of the nicest homes and neighborhoods in this area. Even the Mathis Bros. live less than a mile away! I don't think multi-millionairs would live in the ghetto. Like someone said before, get your facts straight. And also, if the police speak so badly about these apartments, why do so many of them choose to live here!

The police speak so badly about them? Not a chance. I can give you the names of 20 Hefner division officers that I work with nightly that say these apartments are great. Hardly ever any calls there.
