All of the positive comments sound to "inviting" and have the same writing style. This leads me to believe management is writing multiple comments. This doesn't effect my opinion but does raise some concern. And of course, there isn't going to be many positive comments because people already living there wouldn't be on this site looking for another apt. if they were satisfied. And of course you can not satisfy everyone. So really, one would only expect negative comments from renters moving out (that I use to establish focal points to pay particular attention too). I will talk to people in person at the apt. and the surrounding area before I make a final decision.
