When i toured the apartment, there were 3 spiders I saw in the kitchen, living room and bedroom with one HUGE web on the balcony that I ran right into. There were also mouse droppings under the kitchen cabinet and it was HOT inside. Obviously I did not move in here but if this was the "model apartment" I would hate to see what the normal one look like or what kinds of creatures you'll be living with.
