I have lived in the Augusta for a little over four months now. I love the area because it is so close to all kinds of stores and restaurants, and I love the apartment because it is just the right size for me and is a whole lot nicer than the other apartments that were in my price range. I am also very impressed with the maintenance staff (and office staff as well) because every time I have called them, they have been very quick on fitting me into their schedule - usually the same day! I am not saying that I have had a lot go wrong, but in calling them to change my door lock, for example, they did that within a couple of hours. This place is great!
