terrible management

The most egregious incident was when we were given 18 hours notice that a contracted company would be coming in to retile our kitchen and bathroom floors--and to make sure our pets and valuables were secure. (We did not request this--they were retiling all apartments.) They did not tell us that our kitchen appliances would need to be moved out of the kitchen and left out over night. Thus, there was a major upheaval without full disclosure of what it would involve and with very little notice to make arrangements.
We also did not get any of our deposit back and the manager was conviently out every time I tried to go and address it.
Finally, we had maintenance issues that were never addressed despite multiple requests. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

I agree with you on the manager. She is never to be found. I understand about the short notice, but it sure was nice after it was all said and done. Looks very good. Maintenace issues, I disagree on. My issues are taken care of the same day I request it. If yours didn't get taken care of it was probably the manager that didn't turn it in. she seems to be pretty scatter brained!
