I have lived at Belle Isle for 3 years now. The new manager is Kristie... her husband Mike is the maintenance guy and they are both wonderful. They are caring, pleasant and truly make living there a great experience. Maintenance is super quick and always done well. I would recommend Belle Isle to anyone looking for a quiet, adult place to live. Kids are minimal, pool is always clean and the free washer and dryer is great. My only issue is the parking... not much of it and if you have frequent guests it can be a serious problem.
