After 6 months of living in Bluff Creek apts, I can honestly say that the management has been nothing, but horrible and seems to have a high turn over rate with tons of new workers all the time, with random switchs of management very often. They never fixed anything that was in my apt, last night there was a domestic call here about a man hitting his wife with a fight breakiing out in the parking lot, our toilets over flow and stop up constantly; flooding our neighbors bathroom and running through their cieling, the office has a tendency to lose things very important documents such as money so if you choose to move into these apts I would recommend daily check ups on your payments etc. They will not be very courteous to you even though what has happened is their fault. I would not recommend these apts to anyone because of their poor management and staff.

I lived at bluff creek for almost a year total and i switch apartments 3 times cause of problems. dont even look at these apartments, it is like no one ever CARES there, but if you decide there plan on having problems.
