I've lived in Bluff Creek, let's just say for awhile and the grounds were cleaned often when I moved in. Not so much anymore. Garbage is tossed all over the place, there's mud where the cars are parked. The worst of all is the dog poop. It's all over the ground, grass and walk ways. It's a mess, and a HEALTH HAZARD!..It's on the kids shoes and they track it in the apartment. That place needs some serious clean up. The animals are getting larger and so is the mess.
