Boardwalk Apartments

awful! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Staff was very nice when we were moving in, but that stopped once they got us in. In fact, they were often rude when I was dealing with them. I have never had so many problems with one place & I have lived in many as my work takes me all over the country. My water heater broke causing water to flood my apartment & the two below me - I never even received an apology!! There were three more water leaking/flooding incidents in the 7 months I was there, so obviously there is a larger problem. I went into my apartment one day & maintenance people were in there. No one had bothered to call & notify me they would be entering! You can hear everything outside & in the other apartments - poor sound insulation. I could go on & on, & I was only there 7 months! Bottom line - don't live there unless you have a large dog & can't live anywhere else!
