I moved into these apartments a year ago, because it was the only place that would accept my dog. The apartment is very nice. I like the vaulted ceilings, the fireplace, and the size of the apartment. However, the living room is very small. If you have a lot of living room furniture, make plans to get rid of some of it. I had to put one of my sofas against the fireplace, which was unfortunate.

As for parking, it is a nightmare if you come in late at night. You will find virtually no parking near your apartment. The closest spots will be available very far away.

Also, if you would like to live here, I would recommend that you not get an apartment near the car wash, unless you can put up with constant booming eminating from the cars at the car wash and the cars that pass by on the road next door to the apartments. I would not recommend this side of the complex to a person who needs to do a lot of studying.

On the other hand, the management staff is very friendly, neighbors are nice, and the management is very good about noise complaints. The crime rate is not that bad, although it could be better. I also had very little problems with maintenance. I would recommend this place for those who are looking for a nice and affordable place, although the outside of the apartment could use some repainting.
