We've lived here for about a year and a half and have not had many problems. The positives: One bedroom has a great big bedroom; love the fireplace and balcony; love having washer/dryer connections; staff takes care of maintainence quickly; lots of food and shopping close by.

But the Negatives: Parking is HORRIBLE (really, it is, and I'm not one to complain), if you are in early for the night you usually never have a problem finding a good spot . . . but come home after the sun goes down and it's a different story. Some parking is spaced well, but others are so tight that you have to squeeze in or take up two spots. DON'T OWN A NEW CAR IF YOU LIVE HERE because mine has been dinged on the door and had paint from another car all down the side.

My husband has had his truck window busted out TWICE within the past 6 months, and his STEREO STOLEN both times!! One instance occured just last night! Up until that happened we were pretty happy . . . they definitely need some night security because I know it happened to some other residents as well.

These Apartments are really not that bad except for the parking and crime w/ cars . . . just want possible future tenants to be aware.

Thanks for this review, but in the photo it was kinda hard to see how small the parking was when the lot is covered with snow and there are no cars in the lot.

We took this pic cause it had snowed. Not really trying to show how small the parking is . . .just had this photo on hand and decided to post it.
