The parking is a HUGE issue at this place. The spaces are small and there are too few spaces so you end up bashing your door into the car parked next to you and squeezing yourself into/out of your car just to go anywhere. Door dings WILL happen to your car here. If I could have rated parking as a zero I would have.

Maintenance was great. I only had 2 issues and both were fixed the same day. However, my neighbors smoked (I don't) and the smell seeped through the walls into my apartment.

The office staff was nice but the payment terms were enforced with draconian efficency. If you got your rent in late (after the 3rd, not the 5th) then not only do you pay a penalty but you must pay in the form of a cashier's check or money order. What a crock.
