Management is very rude/greedy/dishonest/etc. These apartments look like they are out of the 1980's and are very overpriced! The walls are very thin and you can hear the people above you talk and move around. Maintenance is shady and the parking is bad. They advertise about having a workout room but once you see it you will have a great laugh, its nothing but a tiny room above the office with machines that are falling apart. The treadmill is the only thing that actually works (although crappy as well, its better than nothing!) They will take your money and screw you over. I've had friends that lived at Warwick West and really liked it. Look somewhere else to live, you won't like the Boardwalk.
