We have been living at Springbrook since the summer and have had a few maintenance problems but overall it has been nice. The staff are helpful but sometimes that doesn't get you anywhere. You do have to call back repeatedly but when the work gets done it gets done right. Maintence problems are primarily due to the age of the complex but they have been replacing things if needed. The price for a two bedroom two bath is more than reasonable, especially in this nice of a neighborhood.

There are rarely any problems with other tenants. However, the children roam the complex and can be very loud but the complex is good about taking care of their loitering. There is security after hours, which respond fairly quickly. They do their job to take care of the rest of the tenants.

The new management has been slow in keeping some of their promises in improving the safety, ie lighting and gates but they have fixed what they have been able to because of the weather.

We feel that this would be a nice place if you are just starting out and getting on your feet. Good Luck finding a nice home.
