I moved here in sept of 2001, and found a home and community at Springbrook. My family has seen a few management changes, but the maintenance staff has remained for the most part. We usually get service the same day, and never more than 24 hours. The area surrounding Springbrook is a wonderland of stores and restaurants. The apartments themselves are well maintained by the professional staff, and very pretty. They are also in a great school district. My kids can swim in two different pools here, and I use the fitness center. The management and maintenance staff here really care about their tenants. I highly recommend Springbrook.

Just a few management changes? Management has changed over 10 times since you moved in. And they just fired every single maintenance guy except an older gentleman who actually works.

You probably are the propery owner trying to make your score get higher on this site, well nothing you say can change that hell hole, and I know because I worked there, you are worthless piece of ----!!!!!!!!!!!
