This is a last resort when looking for apartments. Pay a couple hundred more a month for something worth it. The bath tubs are pealing and my kids can't take baths, they must take showers or they would be soaking in paint chips. I had to call emergency maintenence the day after I called in my hot water heater was broken just to get attention. It took them a couple days to fix a toilet upstairs so my ceiling is wet. The roaches are terrible! You never know when they will be in the office. Electic runs 140-200/mo due to poor thermostats, poorly sealed windows and fire places. There are no air filters in the apartments so the air is nasty and this is not good for those with allergies. Cops are here almost every night of the week and I have been woke up by police helocopters twice.
