There is mold growing in apartments -I've contacted the health dept about that and people having sex in the pools, and razor blades and used condoms laying around the property as well as other violations
I've contacted the building inspector about the property - light post fell over and open elec wire that kids were playing around. The wooden ligh post has been laying on the ground blocking the sidewalk for over 2 weeks
Maintenance left my door unlocked and I was robbed
Junk cars that don't run are cluttering the parking lot and are never towed away
Security gate is a joke cars wait on the side for a resident to come home and then tailgate into the property

I have lived at this property for a few months and have yet to see a single razor blade or used condom on the grounds. I walk my dog around the property regularly as exercise, so see most of it. I will agree that there is a problem with the tailgaters at the security gate. A simple solution is for you to pull through and stop, waiting for the gate to close before continuing on your way. If all the residents did this, there would be no chance of someone gaining access inappropriately.
