I lived in Springbrook - Boulderidge for a little over a year. When I moved over there I was so happy then after the first week I saw how things really were. It was a complete wreck and I hated every moment. People get in there and can't afford to move and are stuck. I had mold growing in my bathroom and no one cared. The staff is rude as hell and they are all too stupid to run an apartment complex that size or any apartment complex for that matter. Sally needs to come off cloud nine she thinks shes the hottest thing in the world and she's not a ten by no means. Maintence sucks that's why they can't keep their workers they see how bad of a place it really is and no one will give the funds to fix it. The drugs are horrible the children running around there have no respect for anyone or anything. The pools are nasty I don't see how they don't get shut down. I think they need to condem the whole place. We had a fire in our building last year and when I moved at the end of January it still wasn't fixed. The gate is a joke people just get on your ass to get in or hold up the line till residents get tired of waiting and get out of their cars to open it. THERE ARE ROACHES AND ALL KINDS OF PROBLEMS IT'S A LIVING HELL!!!!!! THE ONLY PERSON WORTH A DAMN IS JOSE HE WORKS SO HARD TO TRY TO KEEP THAT PLACE NICE TOO BAD IT'S SUCH A ---- HOLE.

I agree totally. We have been here almost a year, and are looking for a way out. The staff is totally incompetent, and have no idea what it takes to get things done, apparently. The only thing they seem to be able to do well is tell people what they want to hear...
