From the Manager: Thank you for your concerns. We are very concerned and have already taken action to remedy this situation. This person is not on a lease with Boulder Ridge and if they are staying at that address, it is without our knowledge and approval. We appreciate the information and are taking action immediately!

Taken action my foot, you guys come out so nicely to the public as if remedy will be taken within minutes.You will all be exposed so as to correct all problems in that particular apts.

They don't care about anyone living there. Why don't you think any of those people live on property? They have no clue who live in what apartments they have 4 people living in a one bedroom apartment 2 adults and 2 children. They children are forced to sleep in the living room closet. Keep your doors locked and children inside!!! THEY DON'T CARE AND NEVER WILL THAT'S WHY THEY WON'T GIVE OUT CORP NUMBER!!!!!

Hey, I know this guy. Him and his wife are really nice people. He was outside playing with his kids and stopped to come help me change a flat tire on my car. Really nice kids too. I know what he did. He actually talked to me about one time. It was a really long time ago, and he isn't one of those child predators you see on dateline. His wife and kids live with him. Real nice family. Quiet. They stay out of peoples way, but will always help you if you ask for it. They have to live somewhere too and they have been doing that here for a long time. Looks like longer than you. You are trying to give them a hard time and you don't even know them. Hell, you don't have to know them. They just do their thing and it aint hurting you or anyone else one bit. So, please leave hime and his wife and kids alone. Thank you.

i know this dude. A good friend of mine. He is not one of those people dangerous to children or anyone.I have known him for quite some time.the mistake he made all those years ago has nothing to do with kids for goodness sake.he is married and him and his wife have children.the authorities would not be letting his kids live with him if he was a danger to children.the dang thing you posted says he is a level one non-violent for goodness sake.read it closer before you go trying to make life hard for other people.him and his family need a place to live, and they have been doing it here for about 3 years now.they don't bother anybody. so you let them be.
