Residents!! I live on the premises of Boulderidge and had a package left in their office by Fed-Ex.When I went for my parcel, one of the staff had stolen my package and they kept lying that they do not have it.Dear readers, residents, I need the number to the corporate office so i can report all those thieves in the office.
pls beware of your in-coming packages since it will be stolen by the office staff.
Secondly,we were hit by tornado we were told to go contact Red Cross for assistance during those troubling times the staff was non-cooperative and showed no compassion to those left without homes and possessions. My family and I had to live in a hotel for three weeks until further notice from the Boulder Ridge staff, to add injury to insult they had the audacity to demand payment of rent when we were left without a home. Lastly, my vehicle was towed from the premises, without as so much as a courtesy phone call or a circulating letter advising residents to move their vehicles. Every few months the staff deemed it necessary to tow away cars. The first time the staff towed cars we were advised, the second time around the staff towed our vehicle without any warning. When I confronted Sally about the issue, her response was, "I did not know that was your van." Thanks a lot to Boulder Ridge staff for the unwillingness to be honest with their residents, the constant insecurity my family and I have to endure for the remainder of our contract. The lack of timely skill, ability and courteous attention the maintenance staff fail to apply to the facilities. Whenever it rains my bedroom leaks from the ceiling unto the bed making it uncomfortable to sleep. Why I'm I paying rent'

FROM THE MANAGER: I just want to make it clear that we, the management staff in the office, were the ones to call the police and make a police report while you have done nothing to help try to track it down. The package is not even addressed to you. The name is nowhere in our lease files. We are not aware of who's package it is since it was not addressed to the person that lives in the apartment. And we tried to track the package down from the manufacturer. Secondly, about the tornado, we have nothing to do with Red Cross and how they handle their business. It was 3-4 days at the most before everyone was allowed to re-enter their apartments due to safety reasons. We were not certain the building was safe after half of it was blown away by the tornado. So it makes sense why you were not allowed to live in the apt. for 3-4 DAYS....NOT WEEKS. And lastly, the van was on 3 flats and had 3 broken windows and was stickered 24 hours ahead of time before towing. Thank You and have a great day!

I'm sorry that you have to deal with those stupid people. I'm so glad my lease was up and I was able to move out of those terrible living conditions. I didn't know that they stole things on top of letting sex offenders live on property. Call down to the county and get the information of the corp office. They won't give it to you in the office because they know that they don't know how to run the apartments and obviously are afraid of losing their jobs. None of them in the office have any business running an apartment complex much less working in an office setting dealing with the public. You should be able to get out of your lease due to SEX OFFENDERS LIVING THERE. It's a dangerous place to live and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
