I Talked with Sally on the phone and Was wanting to move in the APT asap. She was nice, But after talking to her and After Looking at the APTS. What can I say. You Guys and Girls have been so right about the complex. I talked to a few people on the Grounds, meant with Danna the APT mgr. And I saw very Poor and unsafe grounds, Drug deals going on in the parking lot, And so much more. I guess if it was my only option I'd have no choice. But with being New to OKC are. The ads, and prices looked too good to be true. And they are. The one nice guy talked to me and showed me his apt, and talked about how poor the maintenance was, Showed me stuff that was broke. Told me how unsafe and dark it was outside at night. Me and my kids would be so unsafe. I can only wounder why so many people live in the apts. PEOPLE DON"T BOTHER WITH BOULDERRIDGE it's a waste of your time.............. Keep looking

I agree. Our tub, sinks, and countertops started to peel paint all over within a couple of months of moving here. They have gotten better about responding more quickly to maintainance complaints, but very rarely fix things properly. They say that they will order parts and return to finish the job, but it very rarely happens that way. Most of the things that have been left 'waiting for parts' over the year we have been here, are still waiting for parts, and in some cases, have been for months.

Thank You..Thank You... Thank You.. I had place Boulder Ridge on my list of possibles. I am relocating and am looking for a place to move my family. I had saw the lovely pictures of the complex on a retal web engine. I even sent an email to inquire about the rates and deposit. Sally seems really nice but if this is the kind of issues the complex is having.. I'll keep looking. I can't say thank you enough.

rates and deposit are OK and I wont say its the worst apt in OKC, but its just one you have to see for yourself and decide. My view point is just that. But they could do so much better.
