Funny thing that they have changed their name AGAIN! Of course I lived there back in 2000, and they were Ashley Park when I moved in. I had a 6 month lease and by the time I moved out they were Springbrook. Sounds like from other reviews nothing has changed much. When I signed my lease they called and told me they had to push back my move-in date because the apt I was going to get had badly stained carpet and they were going to replace it. Then later I found out that my unit had been used for a storage room and they didn't know where the stain on the carpet came from. Lets see I moved in at the first of October and a couple of months later I came home from work when it had been raining significantly and half my apartment was flooded. The determined that there was a crack in the foundation and couldn't fix it till it dried up but they never did. After a big snow in January melted it happened again. All they did was bring in big fans to dry out the carpet. Needless to say I did get my deposit back because I left a very disgruntled letter when I moved out.
