I loved these apartments! They were spacious, homey, in good condition and relatively clean for the price. The landscaping is well-kept, and we enjoyed our time here. The hot water supply was the best part, followed by the price. Only a couple disadvantages...First, the walls to the neighboring apartment and the one above us were a little thin. Not a nightmare or anything, but our first neighbors played loud music continually. Sometimes you had to park a little far from your apartment in freezing weather, but never too, too bad. Also, we were frightened by the fact the neigbors outside of the community hopped the guard fence nightly and picked fights in the grassy areas between the buildings and had to call the police once to break up a fight. Also, with the safety issue, a friend had her car broken into, and a neighbor kid had his bike stolen by that same group of ruffians, and nothing was done about it. The maintenance was great when it had a problem though, and it promptly fixed any plumbing or bug problems. All in all, we loved it there. Just be aware of the part of town you are in, and take appropriate safety measures.
