Please do not pay attention to the ratings for Briar Glenn. These apartments is overall terrible, two thumbs down I give it. Let me help you future residents. One it is extremely too too noise over here at night and during the day. Two, the children over here are destructive, I mean that destroy property and your property too and also these delinquent kids will put sugar in your gas tank, kids over here smoke cigs under age and pot plus they are out about until 2 o'clock a.m. being roudy. three, there is a bunch of drug addicts and dope pushers over here and management fails to do anything about it. Management and security is null and void around Briar Glenn. Also, the heating and the cooling is extremely bad. when it is 90 to 110 degrees out it is 80 to 90 degrees inside the apartment so your best bet is to buy your own aircondition. Oh my mistake you can't install such in an apartment so you will burn up during you stay here. These apartments are really for those that are poor, illegal immagrants, drug dealers, people who love to play loud music, and delinquent kids.
