Larry the "manager" is attempting to overcompensate for his lack of education and his lack of intelligence by refusing to help tenants and not only that but he is rude, refuses to take responsibility,
(actually had the nerve to say that it was not his responsibility to have someone come fix the heater even though the apartment was 63 degrees, im sorry i was under the impression that as the resident manager that was EACTLY his responsibility) and he gets belligerent the second he is challanged on ANYTHING. the guy needs to be fired, he is unpleasant and that is the nice way of putting it.
