Poor Management: All they know is to add property tax to rents timely

I live here too since September 07 and have had to wait days just for fixing disposal sink. Their call to maintenance is the poorest seen in OKC. Their rules of management and tenancy control stays on paper but never gets enforce: For instance, the rule says pools must be vacated by 10pm that resident and non resident will swimp past 11pm and no one will say a word..noise upon noise. I can't wait to movet out at the end of my lease... POOR QUALITY of HUMAN SERVICE Plus high rent with all bills paid 'act' ..........Look luck Briar Glenn

Thinking of leasing...how is the safety issue there? Can you get our of lease early?

I think you are just looking to complain. I highly recommend this place. I also asked the lady in the lady in the office(lamisha) and she said that sometimes your rent does go up at the end of the term you have. But you have the choice to stay or go. I think that probably happens with all apartments.
Also the windows did not raise your rent. Either way I am pleased and still give this place at least a 90%.
This are is surrounded by apartments and I think you stay because you want to.
However, if you are looking I am sure they have some nice models for you to look at. I just hope that your apartment looks like it. I just went through that whole process before moving here and as I said EVERYONE shows models now...except here.

the worst aparment ever to live in we have been here for 5 yars and it is falling apartment at first it was all good rent was good for a 3 bedroom it was 475 then now they want to sell this piece of ---- apartment for $775.00 these apartments are not worth that much trust me the noise level is bad the kids are bad it rains on the inside and capet is peeling the tub peels and shower peels i would not put one more cent into this apartment IF YOU HAVE FAMILY PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!

i live in the neighborhood of these apartments.. have lived here almost all my life..(38 yrs)and these apartments have been a nuisence since built constant crime and theft..dont leave your car parked out front...drive buy and see all the broken windows on the cars.. they will lease to anyone

MY POV: FIRST OF ALL IT'S THE THE TENANTS THAT MAKE THE COMMUNITY, I BELIEVE THAT TO BE TRUE FOR ALL APARTMENT COMPLEXES, YOU LIVE IN OKLAHOMA CITY. THEY SHOW AVAILABLE APTS. NOT MODELS SO YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE. THEY ALSO DON'T HIDE THE FACT THAT THEY'VE GOT SISTER PROPERTIES AS WELL SO IT'S NOT LIKE YOU DON'T HAVE A CHOICE WHICH COMMUNITY YOU'D LIKE TO LIVE IN. IT IS TRUE THEY GIVE YOU A CHOICE AT THE END OF YOUR LEASE TO STAY OR GO. THE OFFICE DOES LET YOU KNOW HOW MUCH YOUR RENT WILL INCREASE IF YOU STAY SO YOU ARE INFORMED, IF IT DOES INCREASE. EVERYONE IS ALSO INFORMED WHILE BEING SHOWN A NEW APT HOW THEY DO THE UTILITIES. IT IS ALSO THE RENTERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ASK QUESTIONS, DON'T BE AFRAID TO ASK. OVERALL I THINK THE MGMT IS DOING WHAT SHE CAN AND CAPABLE OF BY OFFICE PROCEDURE AND BY LAW.

This a "Funk" and Cooked response. I believe the someone in the office did this and that person is not intteilligent. This is why:"OVERALL I THINK THE MGMT IS DOING WHAT SHE CAN AND CAPABLE OF BY OFFICE PROCEDURE AND BY LAW" Management is not She... Someone is guilty of the fair reports and firing back to let her bosses know she is doing her best... Please be smarter to play such roles of pretending to be an independent resident.
