I have lived here for two years and am getting ready to move to another state. Let me tell you, Brookwood is a bargain!! It is reasonably priced for what you get. They take pets and there is a huge park for dog-walking. The staff are always helpful. The grounds, pools, and laundries are cleaned regularly. Plenty of parking! Most of the neighbors are cool. The rowdy ones never last anyway. Had to call security once for a loud "moving-out" party in a nearby apt and they were very quick to investigate! This area of town is reasonably safe compared to apts nearer to I-240 and traffic going anywhere is rarely a problem. Recommend all the way and will the complex when I move!!!
