I heard a man died and was left for a week in an apartment complex owned by Case & Associates. Wouldn't want to get that apartment. I also overheard someone say that the man had put in a maintenance request of some sort the day before he died which is why it was kept hush hush. My humble opinion is that a renter should beware of renting from any complex owned by this company. The owners and management are questionable to say the least.
