I think this is a good place to live. I mean, you get what you pay for. And I think Brookwood is better than most places that charge what they charge.

My only complaint is how much I can hear of my upstairs neighbor. Either they are unusually loud or the sound proofing between floors is not good. But the staff has been very cooperative with this issue. Also, the noise level in general is a little louder than some others due to its size and location on busy streets. Yet it is not a big problem.

The positives outnumber the negatives. Maintenance has come to address every call I've ever placed on the same day. The grounds are kept clean and the landscaping is in good shape. I've had great experiences with every staff member. Overall, I am very pleased with this apartment complex.
