I really like living here with the exception of a few neighbors, but for some reason they didn't last long. Just long enough for them to make up some reason to complain on us.

The sheet rock in this place is crap. I have huge holes I have to fill from trying to hang curtains and pictures on the wall. I wish there was more storage space. We don't even have a closet in our hallway. We have a cabinet above our fridge that's impossible to get to. From what I heard, they will bill you for every little thing, but you do have the option of being there for the walk through and I definitly plan on being there for that.

The park is really nice if you can avoid all the dog, duck, goose droppings. I do love the gated playground as I have a 2 year old that loves to roam and chase the ducks! The mini golf needs to be redone. The volley ball and tennis courts are nice. The pools are closed every Monday for cleaning. I do wish they would get some new washers and dryers in the laundromats. We're lucky to have our washroom right behind our building so we don't have to walk too far. It's really cheap though. Only .25 to wash and .50 to dry. There is almost never any hot water for the washers though. Oh and always check before you lug 4-5 loads of laundry down there only to find out that they are all taken.

Security is a joke. A couple of those guys are real --------. My neighbor had a confrontation with one of them trying to steal his dog! Another night, two of my nieghbors went skinny dipping. My husband was with them, but didn't get naked or in the pool. He HATES the water. Security aparently got called and we get written up. Just us. Not our neighbors. Hopefully they'll contract a different security company soon.

Overall, it's a pretty nice place. If they had 3 bedrooms we'd probably stay here longer.
