Very Noisy and Poorly Built!!!!

I lived here in a townhouse on the newer side of the complex toward Western and 89th St in 2003. Never had a problem. I then moved to a studio in 2005. The people upstairs sound like they are dropping furniture on the floor when they walk and my kitchen was flooded, it took maintenance over a month to replace the tile and do a mold treatment although, I had made several calls to them they never fixed what they were supposed to fix. I would not recommend these overpriced aparments.
