I lived in an efficiency apt. It was nice for the price and location. It was my first apartment and my favorite so far. I only had 1 noise complaint the whole time i was there and the courtesy patrol took care of it in under 15min. I loved the fact that the courtesy patrol was actually out patroling the premises. My husband and i both had apt there and neither one of us ever had any problems. The maintenace was great and very efficient and timely. The were usually out that day to fix it. The maintenance crew was friendly and respectful. The girls in the office are a bit ditzy but friendly. I was there 6mo and really liked being there. The only problem was the parking. Coming home late at night i would have to park a few buildings down.
