I've lived here twice, from 97-98 and from 2000-2005. Never had any maintenance issues that weren't fixed within a day or two. At times the parking areas can get a little crowded but that's to be expected with around 1200 units. There's 9 swimming pools, 8 tennis courts and 8 laundry rooms (.25cents to wash and.50cents to dry !) A very large wooded park with a lake/creek and small golf area with golf cart trails. A nice clubhouse with free gym to workout. Close to everything, freeways, (2) 7-11 stores, restaurants, banks, you name it.

All the things listed above are falling apart and are poorly kept. The place is filthy and loud. Gunshots at night. For military only.
