Not a horrible place but I wouldn't live here again

With these apartments, you get what you pay for. They aren't bad, maitenence is pretty quick to fix problems, staff is friendly and helpful, although they aren't the brightest ladies. The only problem we can mention was that we could hear every single thing our upstairs neighbors did, every word and every step. We lived there for almost 2 years and would recommend them again even though they like to raise the rent!

In my opinion, I think that these apartments will go "Section 9" shortly. Luxury-Not! Competent management-Not! Law enforcement visited-Often!
