well everything started out fine (even though they messed up my move in date where i had to reschedule my movers and everything) but other than that things were okay for a couple months and then we started noticing weird looking bugs crawling around and had to have them come spray a couple times which i ended up buying my own professional bug spray that worked way better. You can hear the neighbors argue next door and the loud kids behind me. the parking is horrible. there is never anywhere to park and half of the time the cars dont even belong there. and one day i was coming home with my room mate and a group of people were outside in the parking lot arguing and one guy pulled out a gun and started shooting which me and my room mate where right there and started running! omg. then security just sucks all around. they do absolutely nothing except tell you that you cant make a u turn in the parking lots...and someone got robbed at gunpoint while walking from their car. and lastly... i had a 1 year lease. i paid my last months prorate on time just to get a notice on the door that i still owed money. come to find out they added a extra month to my lease and was trying to charge me for it. not cool. im not paying when it was their error and i did some research and this has happed to a few other people as well. Move in at your own discretion. also there are no washer and dryer hookup!! wow. and the washers always leak making the floor super slippery.
