I have lived at CL since mid 2003, and although the apartments are very small, we have been happy here. The grounds were very well kept, and the staff responded promptly to security and maintenance issues. Since the new management took over in approximately October, we have no security. I haven't needed any repair work done, so I don't know if they still handle it quickly, but I don know the grounds are not as well kept as they used to be. There is constantly trash in the parking lots, and the dumpsters are always overflowing. They also seem to have loosened up the leasing requirements, we have recently had a rash of storage room breakins, and much more noise and domestic disputes. For the first year that I lived here, we never saw police, now they are a weekly occurrence. I don't think we will renew our current lease.

cambridge landing is a very nice place to live.Ive been here for about a year and nothing has happened to my stuff.The new manager is a sweetheart any problems in our apt gets done fast.jessica and angie are really sweet also....the property has turned around the grounds are always kept up....I would tell anyone to live at cambridge landing.

I live there 3 years. I was never so glad to get out. People fighting late at night. Very Very rude staff. Always had trouble with the a/c. Loud cars you name it. Never live there again.
