I have lived in Cambridge Landing for about one year. Within two weeks of living there, my car was broken into twice. This has not changed. Cars are constantly being broke into and management does nothing about it. Even when four different vehicles get their wheels stolen off of them and left sitting on bricks in one night!!!!! Noise is also a problem. There is always an "incident" and people getting rowdy at all hours. They are economical and I would guess that crime and uncaring management is the price you will pay for that. Parking is also an issue depending on which building you live in. Management is also brutal and really don't care about any issue that you bring them. Their motto is " tenents come and go." I would not recommend this apartment to anyone unless you need a really cheap place to live.
